Lessons

A timetable people book themselves.

Group and private lessons, by instructor, arena and level, with capacity and a waitlist. A parent books from the phone on Sunday night and pays on the spot — nothing to chase on Monday.

• Capacity checked as the booking is made — a full lesson goes to the waitlist, not to a double-booked arena.
• Recurring blocks for the regulars, with make-up rules when they miss one.
• Instructor and arena on every slot, so a change of coach is one edit, not twelve texts.

Camps & courses

Mid-term camp, sold out by Friday.

Multi-day camps and course blocks with places and prices. Publish it, share the link, and watch the places go — and record what each rider got out of it afterwards.

• Places and payment per rider, and the list of who is coming, always current.
• Rider progress — grades, achievements and next steps per rider, updated after each block.
• Messages to the group — one note to every family on the camp, from the booking list.

School horses

The horses that do the work, looked after.

Every school horse has a record: vaccinations, farrier and dentist due dates, and feed plan. The feed room knows what to order before it runs out.

• Health & reminders — vaccinations, farrier, dentist, worming, on a countdown.
• Feed plans and stock per horse and for the yard, with reordering.
• The horse register — photos, passports and ownership, one record per horse.

Shows & clinics

Your own shows and clinics, entered online.

Riding schools put on shows too. Publish the schedule, take entries and payments, and run the day with the same ride times, Show Ops and results the show organisers use.

• Online entries on a public show page, with a basket and a card payment.
• Clinics and training days with a visiting coach, booked and paid.
• Results and rosettes published the minute the class finishes.
